About Dwight Gordon
Dwight " Sgt. Slaughter" Gordon is a true music veteran.
Having been on the road for more than 30 years, Dwight has
spent 20 of them with the Mighty Clouds of Joy, five with the
Racy Brothers (whom he discovered), and eight years with the
Williams Brothers. Dwight Gordon was a child prodigy beginning
his lengthy career at the age of 14. Though he has recorded
with some of Gospel music elite, he is a much sought after
Quartet songwriter and producer. His talent has not gone
unnoticed winning 4 Stellar, 3 Grammy's as well as countless
other awards in his field. When Dwight is not on the road
encouraging others through his gift, he can be found in his
recording studio Provocator Productions which is also home to
his label Quartet Boyz Records in Tyler, Texas.
